Movie Moments
Avatar was dope. Worth seeing in the IMAX 3-D, worth a trip to the the-ater with my old man, even if the movie's not worth repeat viewing. It was a nice Jewish Christmas, and I enjoyed the experience. I gave a good present to my lil brother, and got a free family meal for the second night in a row. The lady's rollin with her homies (word to Brittany) south of the Mason-Dixon for another couple of days and I'm chillin at home watching Clockers
14 years too late, though I've been through the book
more than once.
Caught Soul in the Hole
yesterday (via Netflix), and movies like that remind me why I dig basketball way I do. Booger's only a couple years older than I am, and his Brooklyn is on some other shit. The whole story's just sad, knowing dude got the out and just couldn't stay with it. Makes a dude like Skip all the more inspirational. He's on year 11 in the L after making his name on the street. Word to your playground. =/
